Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
While pan is heating, add chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, and stuffing to a large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix until combined. Portion the mixture into ⅓-cup fritters.
Add oil to the pan and add 4 fritters. Cook undisturbed for 4 to 5 minutes until crusty and golden brown. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining fritters.
Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, and minced parsley for garnish.
