Chilled - Fresh, Frozen, or Canned Mango Pulp

Whole Milk Plain Yogurt

Granulated Sugar

Fine Sea Salt

Ground Cardamom

Instructions
Add chilled mango, yogurt, sugar and salt to a blender. Blend for 2 to 3-minutes until combined.
Pour into two glasses.
(If using frozen mango, add a few frozen chunks of mango to act as ice cubes).
Top with a pinch of ground cardamom to garnish.
